With four weeks in the books teams are no longer able to use the excuse that they need time to develop chemistry and get into the flow of the season. Several teams are fighting to save their seasons, most notably the Tennessee Titans and Carolina Panthers, two teams that have failed to win a game this year after going a combined 25-7 in 2008.

Here are the top five games I have identified for Week Five, with the rest of the games picked after that. My record for the season is 42-20.

ravens1) Cincinnati Bengals (3-1) at Baltimore Ravens (3-1) - Most people would have thought the Ravens and Steelers would be in control of first place in this division, but instead it is the Bengals that march into Baltimore for a first place showdown. That share for the lead ends this Sunday and I am going with the Ravens in this one.

The Bengals are a good story, but they don't have the firepower to hang with Baltimore, even with QB Carson Palmer playing better. The Bengals made beating Cleveland an adventure and they aren't going to be able to make the same mistakes against a very talented Baltimore squad. I look for Baltimore to win behind their solid running game and strong defense, but don't expect a blowout.  Cincy is better than people gave them credit for and they usually play the Ravens tough. Winner: Baltimore

2) Atlanta Falcons (2-1) at San Francisco 49ers (3-1) - Atlanta RB Michael Turner is going to have his work cut out for him when he faces the fourth ranked 49er run defense. The good news for the Falcons is that QB Matt Ryan and the passing game will be able to balance the Falcons attack, although the 49ers also rank 10th against the pass. The key for me is that without RB Frank Gore, Glenn Coffee is going to have to attack the light Atlanta Falcons defense. I think the 49ers are going to struggle to take advantage of that matchup, which means the 49ers are going to struggle to score points and will have to win a low scoring game. It's hard to stop the Falcons offense, so I am expecting them to prevail in a competitive game.  Winner:  Atlanta

3) Houston Texans (2-2) at Arizona Cardinals (1-2) - The Arizona Cardinals need a bad defense to get back on track and the Texans are a perfect candidate. The only problem is that the Texans have a bad run defense, ranking 29th against the run, but have a good pass defense ranking ninth. The Cardinals rank 31st in rushing offense. I have no confidence in the Cardinals to protect QB Kurt Warner right now and I think DE Mario Williams is going to have a very big day on defense. Houston has been inconsistent to start the season, but I think their offense has another big effort and they pull out the win in Arizona. Winner: Houston

4 New England Patriots (3-1) at Denver Broncos (4-0) - An interesting matchup between New England Head Coach Bill Belichick and his former assistant, Josh McDaniels. The Broncos are winning behind a tough defense and good ball control. The Patriots are winning by passing the ball with Tom Brady and company. This is also a classic matchup between the third ranked Broncos pass defense and the Patriots fifth ranked pass offense. It's hard to pick against New England after the way they handled the Atlanta Falcons and the Baltimore Ravens. Denver is exceeding expectations, but I think they drop their first game this week. Winner: New England

5) Indianapolis Colts (4-0) at Tennessee Titans (0-4) - Many thought this would be a battle for first place in the division. Instead it is a game where Tennessee is all but fighting for its season. It's not going to happen; the Titans are tied with Jacksonville for last place in passing defense and QB Peyton Manning has thrown for four straight 300-yard games. Look for Manning to put on a clinic against a poor Titan defense and look for Tennessee to fall five games behind the Colts in the AFC South. Winner: Indianapolis

The Rest

6) Cleveland Browns (0-4) at Buffalo Bills (1-3) - This is my candidate for my "Bay of Pigs Game" this week. The Browns are averaging just 12.2 points per game and the Bills are averaging 18.5 points per game, which are both among the 10 worst offenses in the NFL. I don't want to pick either team to win, so I'll go with the home team to pull out the victory. Winner: Buffalo

7) Dallas Cowboys (2-2) at Kansas City Chiefs (0-4) - I have not been very impressed with Dallas this year; Tony Romo hasn't thrown a touchdown in his last two games and the offense has been very inefficient this year. Part of me wants to pick the upset in this game, but I also have to remember the Chiefs couldn't beat the Oakland Raiders at home. Cowboys find a way to win this one, but it won't be pretty.  Expect more questions about Dallas after this game.  Winner: Dallas

8) Minnesota Vikings (4-0) at St. Louis Rams (0-4) - The Rams have no chance in this game. RB Adrian Peterson is going to run right through their defense, QB Brett Favre is going to throw all over their defense and DE Jared Allen is going lead the Vikings D to a potential shutout in St. Louis. Vikings win easily. Winner: Minnesota

9) Oakland Raiders (1-3) at New York Giants (4-0) - Same as above. RB Brandon Jacobs runs through the Oakland Raiders, QB Eli Manning passes through it and the Giants defense crushes the Raiders offense. New York will win this game big.  Only thing to keep an eye on is whether Manning plays in this game.  He has played hurt before and played well, look no further back than 2007, when a separated shoulder didn't keep him out of the lineup.  Even if he doesn't play, the Giants will still have enough to take the Raiders.  Winner: New York

10) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (0-4) at Philadelphia Eagles (2-1) - The Buccaneers haven't been able to generate any offense and QB Donovan McNabb is expected to play for the Eagles against the Bucs struggling defense. I would expect the Eagles to put up a lot of points in this game against the Buccaneer defense. Look for Eagles RB Brian Westbrook to explode after missing the Chiefs game two weeks ago with an injury. Winner: Philadelphia

11) Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2) at Detroit Lions (1-3) - Another in a series of mismatches, there just aren't a lot of impressive games on the schedule this week. The Lions have allowed the most points in the NFL, so look for the Steelers offense to have another big week. If you have Steelers players in your fantasy football teams, I suggest you start them. Winner: Pittsburgh

12) Washington Redskins (2-2) at Carolina Panthers (0-3) - The Redskins have to be the worst 2-2 team in the history of the NFL. I think the Panthers release three weeks of frustration and a bye week on the Redskins and win a big game at home to get on the winners' board. Don't expect a 40-plus point explosion, but expect a healthy effort from an offense that has been struggling to move the ball, and expect the defense to give a struggling Redskins offense a lot of problems.  Winner: Carolina

13) Jacksonville Jaguars (2-2) at Seattle Seahawks (1-3) - The Seahawks offensive line is decimated by injuries, but the Jacksonville Jaguars are struggling to rush any NFL quarterback. Matt Hasselbeck is still questionable, if he was sure to start I would probably go with the Seahawks. Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew is also intriguing against the 21st ranked Seattle run defense. I'm going to go with Jacksonville, teams beat Jacksonville by throwing against their 31st ranked pass defense and the Hawks will struggle to do that with an injured Hasselbeck. Winner: Jacksonville

14) New York Jets (3-1) at Miami Dolphins (1-3) - If the Dolphins have any hope of contending in the AFC East, they must win this game.  A loss would drop them to 1-4 and last place in the division, three games behind New York.  That's too much to overcome in a division with the Patriots dominating as well.  QB Chad Henne is going to have a much tougher experience against the Jets than he had against the Bills; the Jets are one of the toughest defenses in the NFL. The Dolphins will make QB Mark Sanchez's life interesting too, but I like the Jets to win this low scoring defensive minded contest.  Winner:  New York

Byes: Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints, and San Diego Chargers
